Do I need to know how to code?#

No. You build by dragging steps onto a canvas. When you want more, HTTP steps, the Catch Hook API and Python steps in AI Flows are there.

Official API or QR: which should I choose?#

Choose the official API for a verified business, buttons, lists, templates and high volume. Choose QR to go live today on the number your customers already know. You can switch later without rebuilding. See the comparison.

Can a person take over a conversation?#

Yes. When someone on your team replies to a customer by hand from the connected WhatsApp number, the bot pauses for that customer so it doesn't talk over you. To hand the chat back to the bot, send #thanks in that chat from the business phone, or open the chat in Logs and click Return to bot. See Human mode.

How do I test without messaging customers?#

Click Preview in the builder to chat with your bot in the browser, or Test on your phone (WhatsApp) to try it on your own phone. Only you see these chats. To test the Catch Hook API safely, see Test before going live.

Which AI models can I use?#

The leading ones, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, on both plans. Replies use your AI credits; on Pro you can also use your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key. See Models.

What happens to live chats when I publish changes?#

When you publish a bot that is already live, Agentim asks whether to reset conversations in progress. Reset Now restarts them on the new version; Don't Reset lets them finish on their current path.

Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?#
